What happens if I send the wrong amount?

Always transfer the exact amount stated in your order confirmation. If you make an error, contact our support team immediately via email or WhatsApp before the order is automatically cancelled.

I didn't receive the bank details after checkout — what do I do?

First check your spam or junk folder. Bank details are also sent via WhatsApp. If you still haven’t received them within 30 minutes, contact us directly and we will assist you immediately.
